    Tonic is working on another project. I'm not sure of his standing in the Day Z team, so I won't make any comment on that. All I know is that he has something else on the go, so maybe that could be why he may have fallen behind. This is my opinion, and nothing to do with the Day Z Staff team.

    Someone was kicked for the same reason from my server the other day. It is not a ban, but I'm not sure what causes it either. Could be a similar reason to the #16 kicks.

    You will still be alive, but once you log back in, you will need to eat and drink, or you will start losing blood.

    Your character will still be there when you log in next time, even after re-install. All the info is saved on a central database.

    Strangely enough, mine has been up since DayZ week 2. The only time my server has been mentioned on these forums is when we had to change to the new server naming convention and people thought the server had been pulled.

    I can't remember the last time I played on my server (let alone any). I only go on there to make sure the updates are working, which is when other players are on, and it is never locked. Some hosts do feel the need to cheat others out of loot by locking/passwording servers, but what you do need to realise is that there are some good ones that are here and hosting for the whole of the Day Z community.

    Zoop, I hope you realise I'm not trying to give you any grief. Jump on IRC. Someone will help you on there. Its a better place to get info than the forum is.

    or... join IRC and ask one of the hosts/devs on there for the details. Of course, as a host, you already know this.

    Some servers do have Choppers remaining if they were originally there and not found. With the update, only land vehicles were added, leaving previous choppers on servers that had them in place.

    People love to complain. Everybody knows that, but once an "official" word is said, they hide. Always the case.
