Character transferred with the other 41k, will my tents stay?

If I had tents placed down before the 1.7.2.2 debacle and just got my character back, will my tents have the 2-day removal timer set or will they be okay, since my character is alive again? -
With this patch, should the servers be connected to the pre 1.7.2.2 HIVE? As in, if I appeared as a new character after downloading 1.7.2.2, is there any hope of returning to my former glory from 1.7.2?
