what im suggesting would be kinda like the player is unable to now pick up the bolt or use a lee enfield, because they have a much bigger problem in the razor sharp, prong-tipped "buck-dropper" bolt that is now embedded in their chest, and will very likely kill them, even if they escape and dont get medical attention. i think itd be hard to continue the gunfight, realistically. my real-life crossbow could be compared in both range and damage i believe to be equivalent to that of the CZ550

i was referring more to doing more damage to players, in a sense. but also, if you can hit a runner with a lee enfield you can hit them with a bolt. then get it back.

i play on a private hive 100% of the time. the reason behind this: people using too much hacks on regular servers. the private hive i play on is the exact same thing as a regular hive, vehicles weapons and all. the only reason we use a private hive is because if we had a regular server we'd have to jump through hoops to ban a cheater that we caught. now, if we catch you, you just get banned. if you get reported we look into the logs and go from there. no bogus regulations telling us how to run our server. noone in our community scripts anything, as far as we know (im not the admin but im close friends with him). i dont see why its so frowned upon, its more fun to me than the actual servers, there are bandits, there are friendly's, and we have a good little community. no hacks, no bogus clan running everything, just DayZ the way i believe it was meant to be played. also private hive's prevent: alt+f4 (at least the usefulness of it, you cant connect to a different server and run away), "ghosting" behind someone in a firefight moving gear around servers to "free-farm" we play private but were more legit than most regular-server users.

pretty sure it gives you as much humanity as you lose from a murder

the way you do this is by going to the map, then hitting either units or players, your name should pop up hit gear your inventory and the vehicles

if they did that it would need to both make you thirsty and give you a slight (incredibly slow) in-need-of-painkillers type shake. it is a good idea though (the female characters/goats would also obviously appear more attractive)

ive found one but i dont know where it originally came from. was on a guy who died of seemingly legit reasons (trying to defend himself with a makarov sd?) didnt grab it because i would NEVER have any more ammo and i have never seen one since, nor ammo.

im not arguing any quality changes, they just need to have a reg svd that spawns more frequently than the camo one, maybe even just replace the m24 with the svd (not that i dont love the m24, the svd is just more realistic to the area) also the svd sight is amazing

radio? you get one in arma 2, and one time i killed an NPC version of myself (long story) and he had all my gear duped, plus a radio. had it for a day or two, died, now people probly think im a hacker

ive been shot and just stood there saying "friendly, friendly, why?" and the guy actually stopped and said "oh man, im sorry ill get you morphine and blood" i had a gun and could have blasted him. came back with morphine and blood, guy in a ghillie ran in and killed us both.
