Also, do you know how long it would take to meet up with friends, I'm not going to walk 10 days to get to my friend who lives half way across the country. Also, how would making a detailed amp with building and shit of earth be possible?

Why /Wouldn't/ admins be able to do that? The server owner gave them admin to control the server and obviously they don't want weapons that are not in DayZ on their server. It's their server, hell they could even ban you for that because they are paying for the server not you.

This is probably the funniest day I have had in DayZ since I started playing. I have not once ever seen this happen. But then I joined again after aborting to eat, and suddenly everybody was teleported to this hacker and everybody killed each other. Only in DayZ... Horrible idea, if I shoot in the middle of nowhere how would it be realistic for a zombie to spawn right near me? You know, zombies were people so they would be in populated areas and not in the middle of nowhere.

What is that thing on the HUD that looks like a bong/thermometer?

This isn't STALKER. Bandits make the game what it is, it adds the effect of fear into the game. Bandits only KOS survivors because if they don't they will kill them first. This is also a zombie apocalypse, nobody is going to be friendly with each other at all! People should have the right to be what they want, and play how they want to play. That is what makes the mod what it is, people can choose their own path and not have to play a certain way. TLDR; Groups are dumb, play with your friends and dont complain about bandits.
