I certain;y didn't wait that long. I had my instance ID within 12 hours... but I went with Vilayer who was automatically whitelisted... but that only means that they guarantee each and everyone of their servers will meet the DayZ server hosting specifications/restrictions. -
I as the admin of US 1313 would love this and would definitely join the forum. I back this 100%.

I can't be 100% certain as I'm not flawless with scripts myself, but those all look like blacklisted scripts to me that are ban worthy. Wait until someone else chimes in, but as far as createvehicle goes, yes... they were spawning in vehicles. Addweaponcargo looks to me like they gave themselves weapons, at least the case with that M4A1 CCO SD which is a hacker favorite as far as legit weapons go. If he's spawning in the vehicle, then I'd be flabbergasted if they weren't spawning in those weapons for themselves. Ban them on the vehicle script. That's enough on it's own. The torquem guy looks suspcious. Removes all weapons and then adds an AS50 and nato ammunition. I'd throw a temp ban on that guy until someone official can chime in and say whether or not that was the right call, and then remove it if necessary and if it is indeed bullshit, change the temp ban into permanent. That's just what I'd do. Don't take my word on it alone.

I understand the bit about once it's spawned, it's spawned.. but what I don't understand fully is how to tell WHEN it is spawned, versus when it is just looted by maybe a passer by, which is clearly something I don't intend to ban for. I obviously want to ban the person doing it. Someone else already said that if #0 comes at the start of the line, it means it's just been looted. What do I need to look for to distinguish it between being looted versus being spawned, I guess thats what I need to understand. Someone also said Ammoboxbig also spawns at chopper crashes? I thought those were small ammo boxes? Like your typical one that contains maybe 7.62 ammo for DMR/M24/SVD, etc etc. Last thing I want is any false bans. I avoid that by any means necessary. The seagull thing auto-kicking is good though. I read in a post that this was generally malicious most of the time, so as long as it auto-kicks I don't care all that much, unless it circumvents the kick & still gets through. I haven't banned anyone with this yet until I received word from someone who knows more than me. Thanks for the info! The people I banned were all caught with createvehicle / vehicle spawn scripts. Not this particular ammobox spawn. This was just something I noticed. -

So.. does this script appear every time someone loots the ammo box, or for only the person who spawns it. The reason I'm asking is this comes up for multiple people in my createvehicle.log 14.08.2012 13:27:56: Dzeaz (IP Removed) a42245fce82e8b148dba01701ff67533 - #0 "AmmoBoxBig" 148:9 [6459,7775,303] Also, the same line except "SeaGull". WTF is seagull? Lol. I know wiechers said that this is 99% an illegitimate player(AmmoBoxBig), but I want to be sure before I shell out more bans. I've banned over a dozen people in the last 30 minutes of searching all for createvehicle scripts among other things.. it's getting ridiculous now lol. -

That's what I was thinking at first, but that line only showed up for him, and I compared it to my scripts.log during that time frame, and again.. only him. Which leads me to believe maybe he executed it? A hacker needs to imitate the ring, and create a little girl model that comes up out of the water wells in the game when you're trying to refill your canteen. THEN, THEN... I will be creeped the fuck out. And also play "7 days..." over voice comms.

Exactly what mines set for. Ever since I moved my server to NY, it's been high population every day and I'm proud to say it stayed that way the entire day today, with it being full 40/40 most of the time. And to top it off? Not one time did a hacker nuke or mass teleport the server today. I updated all the BE files(script/remoteexec/createvehicle .txt) today, and that's been doing a good job, but I think we also got lucky. Now I'm going to jinx myself. -

He's not justifying it. By having tents with good items in it BEFORE 1.7.2.5 came out, you're duping every time you take an item out of the tent and don't die before a restart. Even if you take an item out of the tent to use it, and save the tent after, the item will still come back after the restart and be in the tent, effectively getting duped. There's also nothing you can do to prevent this. -
This is what I have done, as well as editing the remoteexec.txt and createvehicle.txt files to contain the new info wiechers and dwarden were posting on the forums. All is well and man battleye is detecting shit left and right. I haven't been kicked, but I imagine that's because I'm a legit player? :P Funny watching people get these createvehicle violations/restrictions once every 10 minutes. Lmao. This can't really be the amount of cheaters. I mean jesus christ.

Server still kicking for script restriction (#98)

So, after the whole thing happened yesterday with battleye and the scripts.txt file being renamed to scripts_old.txt -- I finally got around to replacing that file with the one Dwarden told us to use. All is good. Scripts.log is recording data and A LOT of it. Great. Problem is, now all of a sudden we're being kicked for script restriction #98 again. Is this issue still ongoing? Are other servers still experiencing this? It doesn't have anything to do with me using the working scripts.txt file again does it? -

Did that. Not getting anymore #98 kicks or other false alarms, but man... lots of people getting kicked for remoteexec violations and even two guys for createvehicle restrictions. I take it it's doing it's job? :P They didn't come back lmao. -

The script restriction kicks should be stopping now, the false ones anyway. This was an error on battleye's fault where they changed the scripts.txt to scripts_old.txt. In order to even be able to have my logs scanning players, I had to use a new file. When I upgraded, I noticed people were still getting kicked for script restrictions, so I had to find ANOTHER file that Dwarden released today I believe, and it updates the Remoteexec, Scripts.txt and Createvehicle.log files to catch the little script kiddies doing things like creating vehicles and it will automatically kick them. The script detection for the server has been ramped up now in a big way. So if you're seeing <so and so> was kicked. Createvehicle restriction or remoteexec restriction -- well... it's doing it's job. I'll look into the guy with the SUV but chances are he's not going to show up. If I see anything out of the ordinary he'll be dealt with. I sent you an admin private message today blurp :P -- although I don't think you responded or were AFK
