    shit i have noticed that fps issues seem to be with certain servers, thats forsure.. i was having horrbile problems until i reinstalled and did a couple other things way things are tweaked & upgraded RAM to 8GB and now it runs perfect, unless i go on certain servers, i donno lol shit sucks all i know. Try finding servers that run really good then star them and make them a regular place to play.

    i'd say just get x2 4gb sticks or if you wanna be a boss get x2 8gb sticks, cost wise there not that much.

    is that onboard 2.0gb ram or your video ram? your cpu looks good i know my buddy plays this flawless with an i7 but he has was more video ram than 2.0gb, he also was playing this with another tower with an i5 and he was running it everything on very high. I would say go for it and if it has fps problems id look into getting more ram xD just my opinion.

    @ xJakeyy you are def right about it being a cpu HOG if you have a good CPU & RAM this game will run flawless. untill i get a quad core processor it runs fine for now but the 8gb of ram did help.

    i actually completely fixed my fps on here, i delted the sub folders in my windows.old folder in the c drive and reinstalled my nvida driver, last thing i did was purchase x2 4gb crucial ram sticks and i get no fps lag at all. seems this game will run with atleast a dual core cpu and 8gb of video ram.

    personally the whole zombie breaking your leg thing is kinda stupid, personally i think your legs should get broken if you get shot in the legs, or fall from a high distance, also a display of what server your in at the time would be cool, and if you were to start off with 1 morphine pen and 1 blood bag added to what is currently spawned in your inventory, one last thing that would be kinda cool is if a zombie were to grab you and you had to button mash a button to shake it off you, just a couple thoughts i had:\

    my lil bro connected in the town right before the NW airfield in the office building seen a bus outside no one around, walked up to it with 8k blood and just fell over dead, no gun shots no arrow no hatchet no silence round nothing :/

    so does anyone know if there is a setting or a key i may have hit that would lock or disable to feature from letting me click my mouse wheel in? this is def a big problem and wont even play this without fixing this, cant tell you how frustrating it is to be running from zombies and try and either shut a door or try and climb a ladder and cant do it as fast then get smacked once and start bleeding...

    i fixed my debug situation.. helped my buddy aswell, what we did is you pretty much need to do is respawn until you actually respawn on the map.

    try closing as many processes you do not use and also try hitting task manager and running the arma2.exe priority on high, that works for my lil bro's computer and mine somewhat. i dont have problems playing any other games with fps issues just this one :( i fixed mine but dont remember how lol did alot of defraging and having certain processes running also try closing your six launcher after your game starts up that will help fps wise forsure i know that.

    so i just bought arma 2 combine forces little pack deal and i went and did the whole six launcher and well everytime i join a server i never see anyone and the terrain looks undeveloped and theres nothing in site not a tree nothing, so i was just wondering if someone could help me please, i really wanna play this game..

    i fixed this awhile ago and was just looking back on it, not sure what i did but i did fix it, pretty sure i just respawned a few times :)

    @ Zombo, thanks man i really appreciated the tips and it def did help ALOT but im getting a huge fps spike that lasts exactly 60 seconds then goes right back to 60... lol anythoughts on that?? 60 seconds of like 20 or below frames then goes right back to 60, sorry was reading what i just posted and could have gotten a little confusing.
