being shot for the supplies you had feels a littl bit different, that knowing that you get shot just for no reason, so that kid could masturbate to his murder count. people killing each other for supplies its logical behavior in apocalypse, but people shooting each other just because they bored, its kinda screwed gameplay

its not even about pvp, its all about to add challenge to the game itself. otherwise you just forced into pvp, because you are bored without any challenge.

well in case of server death that means total loss of all progress. and thats probably to much. but if there wont be predicted bug thats not going to happen. at least not fast, cuz tents its another story...

logout timer doesnt prevent ghosting at all. its just makes it little bit harder to do. changing time zone and meeting with friend will be just a little bit longer.

even so, dont forget, that scar have longer barrel to compensate that

and why the heck it would has lover range then m4 sd, while having more powerful round? silenced AR that oneshots zombies seems cool. but it will be crash-site only weapon i suppose.

i doubt it. they are average humans that are driven mad. so i dont see any reason for them to be much stronger than you. and when it rushes towards you, one precise hit can knock it down. and the rest is up to you.

i know what you are talking about :) but its similar to drinking soda: even though you wont feel thirsty for short time, you will be thirsty as heck after. and for alcohol beverages this effect depends on its strength. also forgot to mention temporary heath gain(and loss after). and in combination with pepper its a good way to treat cold and infection

due to drop of food and soda, and soda=pure water(which is total bullshit) seeking supplies is too damn easy. i dont even have to go in that town, you can just shoot zombies around and have so much needed beans and soda(i would be sick if i had to drink only soda for 1 day), it would be more authentic to reduce drop of food&soda and completely remove ammo drops from civilian zeds. seriously who would carry ammo, canned food and soda cans in our daily life? i doubt many. perhaps if you just bought them in store. but such stuff just unpopular in country areas. people in such areas would probably only just bought bread, sugar. salt, mineral water bottles(1 liter-5 liter volume) and other stuff that they cant growth at their homes.

well, having alcohol beverages its actually authentic, and they can be used to hydrate yourself and as painkillers(strong ones of course)

the only way to decrease pvp is to increase pve: make game nearly impossible to play solo(even though i`m lone survivor by myself).

i usually go to nwaf to get myself killed by sniper, or some other dbag, and start again.or i just play another game. the game by itself is to damn easy, and players are the ONLY source of threat

currently its a deathmatch. because survival is too damn easy: you found some supplies, raided AF, got some fancy stuff and then you are bored. and the only way to have some fun is to start killing people, but if i want just to kill people i would play another game.
