VOIP = Squad play. Find someone you can trust and invite them onto team speak etc. NO auto squads.

It separates the n00bs by having them spawn on the coast. The more senior players know to head inland as soon as you spawn. Even Rocket recommends staying away from Cherno / Elektro.
