I have reported, and had a great many servers dealt with, and plenty of reports ignored.. But I have never had a GSP request evidence from me. Though there has been occasions when a representative from a GSP joined a server after the admins of the server had left and stopped kicking, so took no action. When i then provided them with video evidence of myself, and others, joining and being kicked, action was taken. I would recommend everyone, where possible, record video footage of them joining and getting kicked, preferably showing the time (using a site like time.is in the steam browser) and the player list so they can see which admins are online at the time.

That quote does not appear on the DayZ server hosting screen. It does however show a graph explaining what can and can not be done on each type of server, which makes it clear you can not kick/ban people from a public shard. When you click to purchase a server the server hosting rules are linked to, top of the page under a big red header "Please be aware of the hosting rules"... I have reported servers to GamingDeluxe for breaking the hosting rules before, and while they have not responded to my emails, the servers have been taken down and the admins have stopped kicking/locking their server.

Look at the server hosting rules, enabling side chat is no longer against them. I like how they announced the changes rather than keeping them quiet.

:D and now the rules have been changed. Specifically allowing private hives, and no more mention of editing the mission file being against the rules. Glad to see someone finally saw some sense.

Of course, everyone bought their servers after those rules were put in place, there definitely were no servers months before theses nonsensical rules were introduced.

Yes, editing the mission files is completely against the rules, that's why Rocket gave his explicit support to the developers of private hives and DayZ missions for other islands...they did that completely from scratch did they?

This was just used on US 1461 Dallas 3. How are either of you allowed to host a server, when neither of you have a clue what you are talking about?

It might not make you a hacker, but it makes you a cheater, And cheating is a ban-able offence in my eyes.

Of course, since 'hackers' can bypass the script detection, and make other clients call whatever script they want. Battleye is only any use for catching the Really, Really stupid ones.

[DZRS]Qauntum here, an admin of Dallas 3, While i was not ingame, but had rCon open i noticed people complaining that they had been teleported into the air and dropped. I checked through the logs for around that time, and found a not so subtle hacker. Then after that there is nothing out of the ordinary. As i say in the title, he has now been GUID banned from Dallas 3. I would advise other admins to be on the look out for him.
