My personal favorite is death from full by getting walked on by an ally who claims he saw me across the room. Back room of a store, heard someone outside. i went in the back, and to the left, around the rack to the lockers, around to the door and then laid down to engage the hostile. friend went in and straight to the door. He stepped on me and i died instantly. He killed the hostile with two winny shots, hostile was never even aware of our existence till death. Afterwards he said i was still by the lockers laid down, he thought i was looting so he moved to engage.
