Wont let me download the new beta patch from http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php/ I click the top zip file in the green box like I usually do and my browser does nothing.

Id rather see cars that dont blow up hollywood style and just shut down when the engine block is shot enough or by a large enough projectile. Cars dont catch on fire after only 40-60 rounds of AK fire..........considering I watched about 20 guys all with different rifles/handguns/shotguns fire for about 45 minutes at a car when it finaly FINALY began to catch on fire. Sure armored windows would be awsome.........but when you have a bus full of dudes in it and some ass comes out of the tree line with an AK and puts 2 mags into the bus and it blows up killing everyone...........all i think of is rambo with his UZI with his magical infinate magazine of endless ammo mowing down armies of people and blowing up helicopters and tanks with it.

+1 from me. Cleaning a rifle is half the job of shooting one.

Zombies should no longer drop cans of anything. Instead they should have a high chance to drop a watch, a moderate chance to drop a knife or matches, and a very low low chance to drop a 45 revolver or makarov(beleive it or not but a decent amount of people conceal carry and zombies should have a chance even if small.)

I would gladly pay 60 US dollars for an Arma 3 Dayz expansion. No monthly fee. Thats just dumb. Studio develeped with community help. Community and studio hosted servers. Focus on realism as much as possible for the expansion. Win Vs Everything. PS also kickstart as well.

I was having a great time. I have EVERYTHING I need for a long long time. A vehicle (that i stole) alice pack m14 with aim sight, a DMR, I have everything but medical supplies........... well ther was a bunch of crap in my stolen truck like flares and wood and stuff. I had heard that tents were "buggy" and i wanted to test it since i have 3 tents to use. Well i find a nice spot and the tent is literally in the tree. I couldnt open the tent. I walked around this tent trying to get an Open tent indicator and couldnt. So i layed down next to it........when i did it broke my legs.........so now my buddies have to go to some town and go into the hospital and hopefully not die to get me some crap for my legs...... So to everyone DONT LAY DOWN NEXT TO TENTS! IT MAY BREAK YOUR LEGS SOMEHOW!

Yea sadly medical supplies are the last thing i ever go for. I tend to avoid cities as much as possible. I usually hit barns for a crappy gun and axe and then hit tree stands. Then i usually hit a market for backpack food and drinks and luckly a hunting knife and matches. Then im off to the woods near deer stands waiting for a sniper rifle. Medical supplies have moved to a new spot in priority to me now that this random crap has happend to me. Whats funny is me and my bro's were talking yesturday about a trip to town to get medical supplies(only morphine cuz we just eat steaks for blood if needed) just in case............

Well regardless I cannot open the tent so its useless. Probly glitched out or something. But for now on im definetly not going to lay next to a tent or tree again for that matter lol.

I agree that Night time is way too dark. And using lights of any kind is kinda suicide. In my opinion I think they should make the outside like the moon nights. But from what I hear its not DayZ's fault. What would be awsome is give lighting items a use in dark places. Make outside playable. But make inside houses, market buildings, hotels, etc, etc pitch black so to loot buildings you have to use chem lights or flashlights or tourches. When the electricity goes out in my city yea its black as hell in the house. But as soon as i go outside i can see a good amount.
