50. cal rifles should remove your secondary slot and should take 50 slots in a backpack and a tent, so you can't pack them anywhere. Balanced. Also, the mags should take 2 slots in inventory. U mad, uber clanz? Balance idea for third person if it doesn't get removed: Remove the crosshair in third person. It's more like something to prevent headache when running in the wilderness than useable in combat.

I thought the survivors were immune to the virus, because you know a virus wiping most of the population of world would have already hit you if you weren't immune.

Yes. First person only would stop people getting the advance to lay down behind some objects and see other players. I know some servers disable this, but not enough for me. Note: I even use it myself, but disabling it would make standalone much more realistic and balanced.

Best loot gotten from a guy I killed was an AKM. And I killed him with a pistol. I was running a sneaky raid on Cherno when I found him on the same area as me. Then there was a random dead guy with an M4A3.

Nah, the Mildot doesn't add too much. I could hit the same target with the CZ scope as well.

Yeah. It's already the same as CZ550, only difference is that it's found in military loot spots. If it's more rare it needs to have something better than the CZ.

I was alive for 24 days with one tent which disappeared, so I sprinted in a circle and all the zombies from 200 meters aggroed me. I seriously have no idea why that happened.

Run over every tent with the Ural. If you find any satchel charges in the tents before running them over, be sure to take them. Start the heli, do not put the throttle on full. Put a few satchel charges/throw frags on the Ural, so the hoarders will not get anything. Then time for the great escape, get on your new heli and fly away.

Okay, so I started a new game and I noticed that a zombie aggroed me from 50 meters while I was crouch-running. So at that point, I was like "Okay, zombies being random again." when I noticed a zombie that aggroed me from behind a building two blocks away. So I was starting to doubt it was a glitch. Then I sneaked into Balota airstrip and I thought I was fine crouch-running, when one of the freshly spawned zombies aggroed me from 30 meters and he was behind the ACT tower. For your interest, I found a G17 and a PDW on Balota airstrip, but I was so fed up with the bullshit, I let the zombies eat me. And by the way, I tested this even before "starting" the new game, I ran outside a building and sprinted in a circle. Guess what? The whole fucking town was on me. Even the zombies behind the building. I'm not exaggerating anything, this literally happened. If you are having these problems, please let me know.

Yeah, your name says that you are a fan of Eazy-E and 2Pac. Neither of them were a part of a gang, for your interest. And do not mix blood and crips into this game, it will cause problems.

They aren't common, I have played for 2 months and I haven't found one. The reason you find them so commonly are loot exploiters and hackers. They need to remove the zeroing from the 50 cal snipers to make it more difficult.

I'm gonna admit it, I shoot everyone on sight, but if someone smart enough would put his weapon away (2x control), he would not look as aggressive.. Of course I wouldn't kill him if he did that, but people are too stupid to learn the controls of the game before playing.

Hoarders. Better gear up and do a night raid in the camps. Then drive away with a vehicle.

It's a player, probably a hacker. Once when the mod started fucking up the ArmA2 editor (Before singleplayer was disabled), I tried to make a simple mission and I spawned as a dog. So either a glitch or a hacker. The reason the dog is in the game is (possibly) a W.I.P. unit of the upcoming dogs in the standalone.

The most underrated sidearm is Makarov, you can find ammo for it around every corner, so if you run into trouble, run inside a building, shoot the zombies precisely in the head and grab a mag to refill your ammo. I just wish they include the suppressed Makarov in the standalone. The most underrated rifle is Lee Enfield. People fear it's noise, but it's a very lethal weapon, it will kill you in 2 shots. And even if you spend all your ammo shooting zombies, you can find more in every residental or farm area. Just to point this out: AKM is not underrated, it's one of the most common and powerful military rifles. It's also my favourite rifle.

I'm not sure if I have murdered 3 or 2 people, because one guy combat logged me. I don't think it was a kill though, because I saw his body there and then after a few seconds I didn't. Possibly just in knocked out state and used Alt+F4 to close the game. Not sure though. I have survived two times from that kind of moments. One was when a zombie just randomly knocked me out and left me there (Gladly I wasn't bleeding, because I already was low on blood.) Then the other time, I got shot by an AKM from the guy right before I shot him dead and it broke my legs. Had to get some morphine while zombies were beating me. So I don't think the blood meter is that important.

Green Mountain? I remember going past it, I heard mad gunshots... It was kinda eery to see the radio tower from a distance.

I'm reading these posts about guys getting shot at Cherno, are you possibly the guy I slaughtered near the hospital area? I took a few shots from an AKM but I'm full on blood after all those injuries. Found a cow while escaping.

Maybe there should be a manual way to reset your humanity at the DayZ website in the future. That would be the best IMO.

So, this is the craziest thing that has happened to me in DayZ. Really, tell me if this has happened to you guys as well: I was in the construction site in middle of nowhere, just looting it. I was just about to leave and when I see a few zombies on the last loot spot, so I check my backpack if I need more loot. I decide to sneak in, so I go to prone. But this is where it gets good: A sniper took the shot with an M107 just when I went prone. It went right past my head, the screen went all orange from the suppression and I heard a very loud gunshot (This what gives it away, it's an M107.) So I start running trough the smaller buildings and I use the small hole in the wall behind the complex to get out. I zig-zag and sprint away. Then I heard 5 more shots from the M107 and some smaller rifle shots (Probably his spotter.) and none hit me. That was the best DayZ moment I've had.
