I think you're playing on private hives that have increased the amount of Mt. Dew spawns. I got over ten in one month on the hive I play on.

It also pisses me off, but at least I have killed every one of those little bitches who try to betray me.. Lamest way ever to win a firefight and even lamer if you lose it.

I call them "fuckers" and I bet there are a lot of other player created terms.

Gonna be honest and say: I'm only gonna play Standalone once it's out.

When I kill a bandit, I'm like "Fuck yeah, another one down" and when I kill a survivor in self defense or because It's necessary, I'm like "meh.."

I'm also wondering how a Kamenka camp would work out. That and a bicycle and you're all set.

New weapons, game running on the same settings (With graphic improvements and enterable buildings), updates weekly.. This is gonna be awesome.

Now we know that DayZ Standalone will allow weapon customization. That will probably include flashlights. So I'm suggesting a handheld searchlight, which can't be attached to a weapon, but can be carried like the current flashlight. It would be found in indrustial loot spots and would have a way bigger beam than the current flashlight and would have a very long useable range, something like 200-300 meters. Batteries are also being added and these wont take the smaller batteries used in common flashlights, it would need charged lithium-ion batteries, which could also be found in indrustial loot spots. A fairly rare spawn.

Find a spot with dense spruce trees and place your tent between two. Make sure it's not in the edges of the map, because that's where everyone looks for tents. Then, you just have to remember or take a picture of the location on the map, so you know where it is. I have had problems finding my own tents before, because I'm good at hiding them. It's also good to make a "dummy tent" if you get one extra. Place that tent 50+ meters away from your tent and so other people can see it clearly. They wont even look around for other tents, they will just run for it and find out it's empty. That saves you from potential looters.

I wasn't saying it replaces handgun slot. Having it on the toolbelt just like the melee weapons in standalone would be great. It's not like you should drop your holster or rifle to carry something that you already have.

I don't get this.. So did you write this to brag about your murdering skills or did you actually try to make sense?

1.60 Ghz and 6gb ram? My game barely runs 60 fps on lowest with 2.80 Ghz AMD X4 and 8GB ram.

It's my least favorite spawnpoint of the spawn points outside big cities, but you might as well keep it. Kamenka itself isn't that bad, it just gets looted by all the new players after restart. Then there wont be anything else but tin cans and heatpacks left.

Change your DayZ directory from "@DayZ" to "@DayZ2017", search for "2017" servers and play. Not that hard.

I got kicked once for trying to wear a ghillie suit. Probably some kind of script restriction gone wrong.

Ugh, only AR type weapons. Where's the AKM? Not exactly a cqb weapon and not a sniping weapon either (No scope).
