Changing your videomemory to "default" worked for most of my friends and myself. I never tried other stuff. And if setting to default didn´t help just set it back to "normal" and look if it is still there. Most of the times it works.

stuck at loading screen right before set-up completed

easy. you start it. wait till synchro is over. Than on he left side there should be a picture of ARMA II below this picute you have to selcet a mod. In your case it is dayz ;) below the modeslection you click on servers. you choose some uptodate server "klick on it" and in the downleftcorner - again below serverselection - you see the install button. install it and everything should work just fine -

When you have no idea where you are you can´t be helped thats right. Just stay logged in and wait till you die of hunger or dehydration. -
Dayzcommander is nice, many people are using it, but at the moment i am in love with http://play.withsix.com/ it is the new much more userfriendly version of the same team that made the sixlauncher. with this programm i had no trouble at all to run the game on the newest patch. so long Rudson.

I had the same problem for dayz! What helped for me and my mates was the play withsix programm. It is not the sixlauncher as rocket said the sixlauncher doesn´t update to the newest version of the game. And the sixteam postet on their hp that they no longer keep sixlauncher up to date! download play withsix here: http://play.withsix.com/ i find it way more better than the old sixlauncher. good luck -
Ok. so you followed a bunch of people and located their camp. After they left the camp you go over there, kill one of them, make a screenshot tell everybody where this camp is on the forums and on which server they play on. And all this you post in cheat reporting because you think they are duping, right?... so yeah i have to quoute Ped "What" exactly is your problem, btw. Duping is not really a cheat, it happens to everybody who got a tent....

I hope you do realise that well you did a suggestion but complaint would be more suitable for your topic. so if you make a suggestion without adding something usefull to it, like a solution or an idea your just a whiner. a whiner who know started to flame someone who told you anything you need to know so why don´t you just stop making a fool out of yourself and start living with BE side to side because dayz will not work without BE. sadly... No there are many many people playing dayz without the knowlage that they are testers. And these people will come to the forum at some point making some confused topic which nobody needs and nobody would have to answer if they simply would have used the search button. -

Everything you named, is in the game. Just not as an attachment. And i will not happen that you find attachments because it is simply to much work because they had to much to change. The limitation is Arma II. They can´t make a mod so multifaceted. In Arma III it´ll be possible. maybe they will introduce something like you said in the standalonedayz. so long Rudson.

i do not get your point sir. You are experiencing a mod. At the moment the dayz team is working on both games, the mod and the stand alone product. You will be able to play the mod for free even the stand alone dayz will come out. So you don´t have to bother about that, but if you want to play the SA Dayz you will have to pay money for it. I don´t think it would have been to hard to figure that out. good night. Rudson. -
Help me with my loading problem please!

I did not test it right now but my friend has tested it. Use dayz commander you can download it here, i will do it tomorrow. http://www.dayzcommander.com/ The problem right now, as rocket stated is that the sixlauchner is not i repeat is not updating your game to the newest version, because the dev team did not gave green light to the newest patch. so if your sever is running on 1.7.2.5 you can´t connect via sixlauncher. With dayz commander you can update your game and finaly play. I can not tell you it will work for everybody, but my friend is experiencing the same issue and after using dayzcommander he was able to play ASAP. good luck Rudson. -

oh my frickin god. Is this real or am i caputred in a nightmare waiting for Jason or Krueger to cut my throat. Srsly, i mean boy, deinstall arma, go out and clear your mind. Its not like i wanna flame you. it is just that your topic makes me sad. Love is difficult but you want be treated with respect here for simply telling us - 4000 people- your desires. I agree with you guys and i am sure they will make the engine run more fluently. You will surely be able to have an stunning visual experience if you have the power but it will run also on medium pcs. That CJBlackbird runs the game on a mac could be a problem. Its not a gamingmachine and he must emulate windows if i am not mistaken. so i hope for you it´ll work. so long Rudson.

It is the best spotting weapon in my opinion. If you have the L85 and a Rangfinder + a decent friend who knows how to pull the trigger with sniperrifles you are a badass force. But running around alone with the l85 makes you feel like a pair of huge tits cause everybody what to have his hands on "you" or at least on the L85 :D

same here and i never died because i ran out of water or food. It must be always your main priority to save enough of food and drinks. When i go out for a big run i take 4 waterbottles with me, but trust my experience. three are more than enough. so long Rudson
