That will fix nothing, the problem lies in persistent servers. Get rid of persistent locations across servers, get rid of server hopping, farming, pvp, alt-f4. Whats the fear in disconnecting and joining a difference server? none, why fight when you can just run. Make it so they can run, but punish them for running by putting them back at the coast. That would get rid of a majority of the problems, or at least give servers the option to enable this feature.

Actually no, I'm a hardcore bandit. Sometimes I let people go, sometimes I let them run around with me for awhile, sometimes I kill them. I never alt-f4. If I die, i just run back find a cheap gun, and hunt someone until i get a better gun and continue my banditry. Just because someone is a bandit, doesn't mean they are an alt-f4er, infact, I find most of the people who ALT-f4, are survivors too afraid to lose their gear.
