If I were to edit the Cherno map and add building and such. Would it erase all the saved loot and vehicles people have stashed?

First off, I am somewhat new to this forum, and I dont know if this has been posted before. Would it be possible to add in a tranquilizer gun both side arm and sniper. This is mostly useful for a survivor. I can image shooting someone with it and quickly see them daze away. They wont die, but they wont be able to do anything for a minute or so. This could allow survivors a non lethal way of being "bandit" without killing. Once they victim is sleepin you can just go up to them take their stuff and run away. Im sure people will hate this but imagine what can be done. A bandit could use it to totally mess with someone ie place bear traps on them, wire fences, idk. I think this would be a fun idea. I dont know if DayZ can mod guns and ammo to do so or only implement guns from Arma 2. Please discuss, yes or no. Would you use it? I have never stream sniped, but I am sure it is perfectly fine. Rocket even said its fine to get on someones vent or teamspeak to find and kill them. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

No. Vehicles are nice as they are. Like the Macarov back a few patches ago became garbage because everyone had one. Now that you start without they are nice to find. Vehicles would become the same because everyone and their grandma would have one. I do howerver think there should be more bicycles or possibly a scooter.

Uh, I don't think this would be a good implication to the game. Think about it the zombies sense of smell will be no better than ours. They would be walking around reeking of their own stench. They wouldn't be able to smell past themselves. If this gets put it they should just put it taking shits and taking pisses.

wow... There is no proof of hacking. They didnt really JUST spawn. The simulated a spawn. Later on in the video you see that they have a sniper escort. I would imagine that their friend, the sniper, gave them those guns. So they can quickly get into the lets play. What are the odds of spawning next to your buddy? Very slim. To quickly call out hacks is ignorance. They staged the spawn as if they just had. Looks to me, these idiots fooled you.

They didnt spawn with items.... If you watch later in the video they get into some trouble and a sniper picks of the zombies. They then mention its their friend to make sure they dont just die. I would imagine they were given those guns and supplies to help themselves out and to quickly get into the immersion of the game. Whats the odd you spawn next to your friend, very very little. The start was staged....

Anyone else getting Real life and DayZ Conflicts? The other day I was taking a road trip up near San Francisco. On the way there I saw a building very similar to the large building in the center of Cherno. ( the one with the two huge drums) and I almost called out to my girlfriend " hey its cherno" but i stopped my self mid sentence because she wouldht have got it. For a split second I really thought it was cherno. The same thing happened when I saw some cranes just before San Fran. Wanting to call out "electro!" Now everytime I see a goat and cow i just wanna shoot and gut it. ( no not really but Now the remind me of dayz) Anyone else share this or have stories similar?

Touche OP: In your eye's yes, If you do this too much you will get tagged as bandit if you kill survivors. Its just the name of the game. Im a Bandit becuase I'd rather kill someone than risk being killed. Shoot first, ask questions later. When I dont have gear or if i dont care if i die I will help people out.

I think the best solution for this would to have an item that can distinguish you. I cant think of what right now, but I do like the whole everyone looks the same for the most part. In Vietnam there were many friendly fire situations, and many deaths due to it. The advantage of being in a group is your numbers, the disadvantage though, is the hesitation to shoot someone because you have to communicate with your buddies "is that you running up the hill" ect. So again I suggest some sort of in game item you can find that you can mark yourself and buddies. Idea: on no hud servers if you salute to someone and they salute back or something like that the hud for that person will appear. You will still have to aim and check name, but it could help out.
