OH GOD, WHY?

I'm stuck in the wilderness, cant respawn, unconscious and broken bone! This is happening since i exit the game when i was shot. The hourglass goes down tooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow, no way to wait. What i can do now? this is happening for 2 days now, i wanna play, but i cant!

I have a gtx 460m with i5 460m, 4gb ram windows 7 64 bit. All drivers up to date, tested with older drivers too, and still get very low fps, and extreme low in the city. Arma 2 i can run much better than day z. What can i do? I think my system ain`t using all resources, the game only uses about 1gb ram (in the process) :huh:
