they shouldn't effect six launcher, but you could delete them if you want, six launcher would download and install the dayz mod and beta patch for arma2oa

ok, to play single player you have to disable dayz and maybe the beta as well. if things become a problem there after use your orginal arma2oa.exe if you get an error graphic etc.... you could try copying your arma2oa.exe from the beta folder and go back into the main oa folder and rename the arma2oa.exe that's in there and then paste the exe that you copied into the folder. have you launched combined operations or just arma2oa?

you can. and six launcher you only need as an updater program. after updater installs the latest updates of arma2oa beta patch and dayz you can either goto options and close six launcher after launch or close out and launch arma2oa:co

try alt+enter but your laptop makes me currious if it works, there's probably a launch option that might make it full screen.

he doesn't know his coordinates, pkstorm. the controls lock up and you can't even look around. you need to starve to death to fix this.

you have to starve to death, and of course since your not moving you go down slowly. so just leave your game until you die. then you'll be good.

wow... your card isn't smoothing anything. it's not an oa or a dayz bug. it's more of a graphics card or graphics driver bug.

then you might want to do some research, i'm just going to go out on a limb and say your batch file isn't launching x amount of things the exe is launching because your running through a batch. i'd search on google about running batch files for games. http://arstechnica.c...ba043#p22851582 http://dayzmod.com/f...nstalling-dayz/ etc... etc... google + trial and error. i know i'm probably wrong on a few things, but there's a lot out there with batch files and i know games run differently since most the exe's work adds many things because it's automaticly done rather than a batch file that filters out many things.

just leave the game to itself, it'll take a long while since your character isn't moving.you have to wait till your food is flashing. for me, it took me till my water hit orangeish till his health to start going down. and if it's going down that means yours was actually trying to go down, mine didn't move an inch from the top.

it's only the alpha, but the beta as well. arma2oa beta patch comes out just as often as a dayz patch.

you have to wait for yourself to starve to death. after you starve you'll lose health. since your not moving, it doesn't go down that fast. doesn't work. doesn't work.

after you get six launcher, you let six launcher install the beta patch, the dayz mod and everything. after that, you want to go into your steam arma 2: oa folder under... C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\Expansion\beta copy arma2oa.exe go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\ rename the arma2oa.exe that's in there and paste the other one. in your steam library goto arma2oa and goto properties and launch options and paste this into it: -beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -nosplash -mod=@Dayz in your steam library under arma2oa, right click it and it should list "launch arma 2: combined operations" use that. and no, it comes up as arma 2 oa, not dayz dayz is just a mod. it will never be stand alone. if it does become stand alone a lot of work outside of the dayz mod has to be done. but right not it's just a mod of arma2oa. six launcher also has a launch with steam option as well.

nope, i never run in admin, mind you i'm the only user on this computer making me the admin of it all anyway. and it has nothing to do with six launcher. your target is arma2oa.exe the game rather than the launcher, if your trying to record the launcher then it might be better to record an area.

after your six launcher updates everything, go into your arma 2: operation arrowhead folder and go into your expandsion/beta folder and see if it's a 1.62.95208 amra2oa.exe and if it is, copy it into your main arrowhead folder. then launch your game, see if it says 95208 in the bottom corner of the main menu.

ok, here what you do. first off. remove all of those game paths. second off run six launcher and make sure your @dayz folder is in the oa folder and your beta folder is under expansion after that, go into your beta folder and look for the arma2oa.exe make sure it reads 1.62.95.208 or 1.62.0.95208 same thing depending on what you look at. after that, copy your arma2oa.exe from the beta folder and paste it into your operation arrowhead folder. paste this into your steam launch settings. -beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -nosplash -mod=@Dayz

you might have to try higher ups for this one.

there's an options in 6 launcher to open with steam, but it won't say dayz it'll say arma 2: operation arrowhead. also in your steam games library, there's an option to launch arma 2: co you can make a custom shortcut in steam to make it say dayz if you really wanted. if you launch through arma 2: co in your library it's suppose to run more than just arma 2: oa.

you need to play more, you can. you lose blood when your sick down to 6k.
