I was running in the wil with no weapons, suddenly a van and say "Im friendly". The guy doesnt hear me but he stops to check his gear I go running to the van and take the driver seat he shoots me and I die.

I have a copy of Arma II via another digital distribution service(green man gaming). Can I buy arma II: Operation arrowhead on steam and install this mod without problems or do I need to buy combined operations? Thanks in advance
