Now it's entirely normal for this sort of thing to happen guys, It was about 3 weeks before I got my first one. I've been spending a lot of time playing Dayz so it's only normal that my unconscious mind would enjoy Dayz also. So far it's the usual scenario. I'm running away from zombies and zig-zagging to the next building and thinking "that might have some good loot in it" Noting too horrific so far :)

I was a fresh spawn so nothing to lose, legged it to Electro hospital to grab the meds, everything else can be found on the map. Some tosser starts talking to me on direct chat, he is a sniper and I already heard him killing two other guys. He then accuses me of camping on the hospital roof! I can't leave my location because of him. Next thing I know his 'buddy' loots me!! He tells me via chat "someone has been looted" and i'm like, can't be me there is no other way up on the roof. My pistol is pointed at the hospital stairs and I have no idea how his friend spawned behind me magically. ( should point out that this looting incident is being investigated by the server for suspected hacking/cheating) Been playing the game for 3 weeks and I am utterly sick to death of the pk'ers.

I think you are right lads. His buddy must have server hopped and spawned behind me, I was watching both ladders in prone position. I couldn't get off the roof as the sniper would have shot me and I didn't want to disconnect and wait for him to go away. This was all going on for about 15 minutes and after I was looted, and realised I had grrrrr another guy was climbing up the ladder so I shot him, this was my first murder. I doubt he had anything to with any of it but what was I supposed to do? He was seconds away from getting sniped probably from the little shit who was...god knows where! I was talking with my friend on TS during all this conveying my utter frustration with the people playing this game and in the end I stood up, saluted and waited for the inevitable, it was a noble death of sorts ha ha

That bloke is an oxygen thief and basically sums up how i feel about playing this game now. Too many tossers ruining the game who haven't even got through puberty yet.

Unfortunately I came across an absolute prick yesterday called Azunai. I was a fresh spawn and legged it Elektro hospital to get meds, then get out of there. I had nothing to lose as a fresh spawn so I always do this, get the meds, get out and team up with others on TS. So i'm on the roof of the hospital and I hear a sniper bullet wizz past me (switch to direct chat and verbally abuse the guy) this went on for 20 minutes. He accused me of camping on the roof! lol Camping? I can't come down while this prick is here. Then he says "someone got looted" and i'm thinking hmmmm. Then I see another survivor heading for the roof ladder in front of me, he appeared behind me and I was looking at both the ladders. I didn't shoot him as I figured he was friendly, he could have shot me if he liked so.... I check my backpack and sure enough, this other guy has looted my backpack. What are the chances of that guy spawning on the roof behind me? He also happens to know this Azunai judging from the chat. So my first point is I think they cheated somehow. My main point is the ridiculous sad behaviour of this guy with a sniper rifle. Why spend all that time not playing the game and just fixating on me, a new spawn on the roof. During this time he killed two other players around the hospital. He obviously had nothing better to do than snipe people in and around the hospital and i'm sure he's not the only other one playing this anti-player style. For the good of this game something has to be done about people like this.

Shouldn't that be more like 50 million? We all shoot on sight these days apart from those of us on TS etc It's horribly misleading for new players thinking this is anything other than a pvp deathmatch mod. Personally I don' think it was intended to be that but Rocket tells us we need to sort it out amongst ourselves. Thing is, there's no end of 12yr old keyboard warriors infesting this fine mod. I would say YOU need to balance it out Rocket. uh oh, another pk thread

Gave it a miss tonight with all the carnage. IF the update works fine on a private server then there really is no reason for all these issues. They are just files copied over from the mod to the server, the server holds the files so I really don't understand this at all. No one can play at the moment it seems.

Sniping people from 500m away? You and your lot are not bandits, you're cowards.

Got a better suggestion? The current system doesn't work as less than 5% of players have ALL the vehicles.

Driving me crazy. These guys have a permanent hard on or something cause they are so hardcore :huh: Stick your veteran servers up your arse.

I have not seen a vehicle for 9 days now :) We got to the spawn points, nothing. I was speaking to an admin last night and he had two choppers, claimed he had 3 once. Server admin hoarding choppers and vehicles, now there's a surprise. Vehicles should respawn every week regardless of who has them. the original owners keeps them and duplicates should be created.

The dislike of pk's is now overwhelming.

Was wondering when somebody would bring this up' date=' I have to agree. There are better visual engines out there like Skyrim and such that would greatly benefit from a mod like this. [hr'] Indeed :)
