Having a lower version of the beta patch will make you invisible not allow you to spawn with custom kits. Right now is the time to battle the cheating issue and wrap it up. I know it will be an on going project to do that but without it Rocket, your mod is going to fail. And I really don't want to see that happen. It is beyond me why one would want to cheat. You can say it's for the glory but Arma2 is like swiss cheese andnot very impressive to hack, it's pretty fail cause it was meant to be open. This cheating is just douche baggery and lack of skill/balls. Maybe they were born without a soul.

Seriously this is pretty easy to fix. Your character is linked to your cd key which is stored in the hive. When connecting to a server it auths with the hive. Just set the server to only accept one auth per cd key every 15mins. Problem solved.

A pirate CD key how does that work. If it doesn't auth to Arma's database then you can't play. That is a legit key don't listen to him. It has to check with the auth server. If it is a bootleg key it will get flagged and banned. Dont believe everything 3rd world monkeys from Russia tell you. THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS! I hate dealing with children, buying a computer should have an age requirement.
