    Reading all your comments, something similar happens to me. I played from Cuba and it was necessary to use a VPN to have internet, now I play games from the United States and I am banned. The claim mechanism to resolve these ban problems is frustrating. Please, if anyone knows where to write to remove the ban, please provide a link. Thank you and Happy New Year.
