    Good afternoon, friends. I want to ask you how and to whom (where) to write an appeal application for unban. I first wrote to support anticheat, at the end of 2024, but after a month I have not received the slightest response. I received an unfair ban 29 days ago, which was mistakenly issued by BattleEye. Also hint how the global ban from this anti-cheat work. I have read a lot of information on the Internet and I am now afraid to even buy a new copy of the game, because in it I can immediately get a permanent ban until I change PC. Please advise me.
