So I put the file into my DayZ folder?

So on my Six Launcher after the latest update, it is running 1.7.2.4, but when I try to join a server that says 1.7.2.5 It's outdated?

I made this thread to get the communities' opinion....not get criticized for a purchase. -
With it being confirmed as coming out as a stand-alone game, I wonder if it would be Mac Compatible. I would definitely love to have it to be compatible, I mean it would boost the sales by a bit of by not a lot. I know for a far that most macs would be able to run it on Normal settings, but It's such a hassle going into Windows just to play it. (Guys I know you can use bootcamp, I'm just asking for what you guys think on a MAC compatible DayZ.)

You will be able to run the game in normal settings without ANY lag. And you don't "have" to run Win 8 CP, I was just stated it's free, but there will be no sound on it as Apple hasn't made drivers to support Win.8 yet. Without a doubt your IMAC will run fine with DayZ

I have done this myself. Bootcamp windows. (Windows 8 CP is free, but be warned, there is no sound.) And install. Done.
