    Micro freezes

    Hello, i started to have issues when opening closing, or even travelling map the micro freeze, i did reinstalled game, drivers is up to date (pc is only few months old) so on hardware side everything is OK. it should run smooth. im running on extreme settings.what cause this issue? mods? battleye? EDIT : GPU usage drops from 99% to 0% and pops again to 99.
