    Hey partner I know it's been a while since this post, but I hope this helps anyone who's in search of this problem. You have to go into your server.cfg file (make sure you stop the server first) and change the steamqueryport to the port of your server. For example, my steamqueryport was 2681 but my server was 2680. It wasn't showing up, so I changed the steamqueryport to 2680, restarted the server, now it is showing up in the community tab. I hope this helps
