    Party indicators

I thought that, too. It's great that you have to be cautious around other players, and I wouldn't want anything that would affect that too much. That's why I think you shouldn't be able to form a team when players are far away from each other. I was thinking a mouse mid click would enable you to do that, maybe? Anything that'd disable "friendly" fire wouldn't work at all, either. There has to be room for betrayal. It would cripple the gameplay a bit, if there wasn't.

    Party indicators

Yeah, I was just adding to the concept. It really doesn't need to be that fancy.

    Party indicators

It's obviously even more fun to play in groups. However, with all the similar skins, in a close combat PvP encounter, in can get stupidly hard to know who's who. Since the game revolves a lot around realism, I feel that maybe we could add party indicators, or something similar. Sure, IRL, you won't have a green arrow above your friend's heads, but you'll obviously always visually recognize them. Just something to show you that you've trusted this player, or that you know him. This would open a bunch of new possibilities of mechanics. Right now, I'm thinking: - Friend indicator; (the player would stay marked through servers) - Party indicator. I'm not saying we should see this indicator through walls, and stuff, that'd be stupid. Maybe there could be a timer from the moment you see another player until he's marked. There could be a longer delay for a player you haven't seen in a long time, and once the character dies, you'd lose all ties with the player. I really feel this could be a fun mechanic. I know some will say that I should just get a pair of glasses and differentiate the players more, that this is supposed to be hard, or whatever, but maybe servers could have an option to disable that? Like on Veteran, or Expert. Just throwing an idea out there, please don't hate me. Anyways, what do you guys think?
  4. I now seem to be in the normal world, but no matter how many times I respawn, my inventory is empty. No bag, no flashlight, and all that.
  5. Spawned in there, too. Got 1.7.1.5 and the latest beta from the Six Updater. Killing myself didn't help. Tried to respawn many times, and on multiple servers. I also don't get any starting gear. Inventory is completely empty. I wish I could play...
