for starters, it's easier to fly forward, so you can see the tree you're about to crash into instead of getting surprised by it. j/k seriously, though, fly forward, and you can spin or yaw your aircraft without turning, and more altitude would help. otherwise, practice on arma 2 would go a long way

offline should be easier to manage, but as far as online, I don't think you could have individual differences client side, because it's dependent on the server, not each individual computer, as far as I know.

most computers are getting their asses kicked by having 100 zombies on the map at one time, but 20k? Fun idea, but very tough to implement.

Medics are not huge requests right now due to all the duping and whatnot. When the standalone comes out that addresses duping, you'll see a spike in requests for medics -
been playing since july, haven't killed anyone yet. there are plenty of "shoot on sight" bandits, but there are some decent people. just be cautious. if you spot them first, follow them a bit from a distance and see what they are about. if not, talk to them. you will get killed sometimes this way, but you'll make some great random contacts that the bandits never get to enjoy.
