    My idea comes from ACE2 mod, and is very simple - make some of the medicine take less space in inventory (like painkillers, bandages, morphine... NOT blood bags). In ACE2, player can have at once 2 adrenaline, 2 morphine and 2 bandages in special (new) gear slot which don't collide with other stuff. If you want more medicine - THEN you need to sacrifice you precious inventory space. Why I think is a good solution? Because in real life you can take a bandage or box of aspirin in to a trousers pocket. That items are much smaller than pack of flares or weapon magazines, so... :) Hope you enjoy this idea.
