    Hello, I played the game on August 19th. It turns out that somewhere on the day of the update, after the update I was unable to log into the game due to the fact that I was banned. I didn't use any cheats or any other third-party software. To be honest, a friend said it happens by mistake or other things. He advised me to write about this problem to help solve this situation.
