Some servers have it enabled and others don't I believe.

Honestly don't think location has anything to do with PVP. No matter what server you go on the chances of PVP are all the same. If you join a US server with 50 players, odds are you'll come across some bandits. Same as EU servers, you join a 50 player server, most likely you'll come across bandits. It's the same all around.

My server, US 217 Dallas, is a brand new server so go ahead and try looking on my server, already found a bike earlier haha.

Few quick questions. Setting up BattleEye RCON? Changing max ping? And some kind of auto restart script?

I've already found those. was asking for help on installing the stuff. cant see to get it working. Also was getting kicked for battleye restriction #16 but delete 5 alex in the scripts.txt, will see if that does anything.
