    If you're running the free version of fraps then it can only record for 10 seconds or so. I lose about 10fps when recording & for me recording to an external drive doesn't really make a difference. Think im gonna give Dxtory a try as i heard it records the audio in separate channels which is useful.

    Just a quick video of some friends & me having fun in a chopper we found on Lingor Island. We didn't start with the intention of shooting everyone but we pretty much ended up being bandits because its fun to be a dick! :P

    Been playing on a private hive running Lingor Island for the last month or 2. Personally i prefer the map, ive not seen any combat loggers & not a single hacker...well there were hackers but they are detected & banned from the server when they try to script in weapons etc. :)

    On a routine journey the Lingor Island taxi service is ambushed. During the gunfight another group also turns up in another bus. At the end only one man is left standing. Here is the unedited footage of what happened...

    Hi folks. Here's a fake trailer i made just using game play footage from DayZ...mainly on Lingor Island. Its my 1st attempt at video editing so it probably isn't as polished as other videos but any feedback or criticism is welcomed. Thanks.

    Vilayer servers have been pretty good for me. They have a private hive that carries over to multiple servers so you're not just restricted to one server.

    Just had a look on one of these sites. Not only are they shit at Day Z but most of them seem completely shit at hacking too & are getting themselves banned! XD Day Z isnt even that difficult. These jokers would have been screwed playing games back in the day.

    This. Ive never seen anyone combat log on Lingor because its easier to find decent gear again when you respawn.

    Did you previously log out unconscious from another server? If so then it will have added a maximum unconscious timer so players dont keep logging out if unconscious.
