I'd rather just see the map expanded to islands and then out towards steeper hills and even mountains. Rivers would be nice too. -
Can we add in taking a piss and shit, too? We really need female characters to experience bleeding monthly and be forced to search for tampons. Otherwise, our realism element is totally fucked, damn.

Trying to climb down the ladder in NW Airfield on the steel tower. Fucking scary as hell cause of the bad interaction with ladders and trying to get the command to pop up without falling down. -

Morphine is retarded as fuck. Magically heals broken bones instantly. My bones also broke today when I had 12k blood. So I'm just supposed to never ever get hit by zombies and I have no way of ever avoiding broken bones if I can't do so. I have a problem with the way morphine works and how ridiculous breaking your leg is. Unable to move due to pain? Believable. My bone breaks other time a zombie hits me? Bullshit -

This thread = bunch of mad bads who can't land killshots. And @_Profile_Shame your persistent bodies idea is fucking terrible and would completely ruin the game. Wanna know the solution to killing people who disconnect? Actually kill them before they hop. Here's a bigger problem, how about we actually think about fixing people who hop to your server and kill you? That's much more of a problem that I have than people disconnecting before I kill them. I don't really care if they do and consider it a victory anyways. And to clarify, I don't really care if something is done to prevent it. But death is a completely dumbfuck solution and just makes people get fucked for no reason. And no, I can't offer a solution to it. But I'm not gonna offer some stupid solution that only makes more problems that need to be solved later. Try actual solutions instead of stopgaps that just make problems -

Somehow I seriously doubt bandits spend time in the woods looking for trails of players. Bandits ambush, and almost never track because there's no way to do so. If there was actual tracking then maybe, but this doesn't add anything. It's just annoying to have empty cans scattered about. -

The update would be fine if there wasn't actual code that made zombies linger towards you even without aggro. Zombies also have sonars, apparently, because they can magically find you even when your visibility is at 1 or 2. It would also be fine, if you know, it didn't require me to get lucky on a dice roll for finding a gun. It doesn't make the game hard or difficult. It makes it tedious. I'm going to eventually find a gun and when I do I'm going to kill everyone who's not in my group for resources and for safety. It's completely tedious to play the game even in a way that could ever be remotely interpreted as how you're supposed to play it. The best option is literally just to keep running and screw any notion of stealth and hope you find a gun. All the update did was add some dick middle man who tells you that you need to spend 2 hours crawling around for a gun and completely vulnerable and unable to ever defend against any threat in any sort of way. -
Petition to spawn with a weapon!

I don't really care either way. It just saves me some time to actually spawn with a weapon. So many people say it was a good change, but no one really ever says why. It just makes the game more tedious and makes more road runner cartoon reenactments. -

My team doesn't even mark maps with markers. We just use screenshots of waypoints. The only reason it's even universal markers is because we are in the same group in game in ArmA's mind, the group itself is blufor. Unless there's a fix for that it won't really be changeable. -
Is it on automatic or does someone manually ring it? I'm always confused when I'm in Cherno, and none of my friends seem to know either.

Because he obviously was never lurking or just recently registered. You didn't even respond to anything the OP said in his post. The OP told people to stop being so extreme, on both sides. If you think you're really "fighting a war" you're actually the problem the OP is talking about. Jesus Christ do people even read an entire post ever? -
This should just be part of the game. Acting like eating something magically gives you more blood instantly is redundant and completely incorrect. Blood is generated by the body when it has enough nutrients (food to generate it). Blood needs to regenerate not be restored instantly (except by blood bags).

Expand the map - Remove off map camps

When you reach the edge of the map you just do the running man. You can't get out of it. My team got lost one time and we ended up on the western border, it's just really barren and devoid of trees, at least where we were at. We tried to keep going but all that happened was we were just getting the illusion that we were running up it (it was also dark). -
I like how you all think that just because something is rare makes it balanced. If there was a mobile nuclear weapon that had .00000001% chance of spawning, it would be balanced, right? No, that's idiotic. Just because something is rare or hard to get doesn't make it balanced. Second, these night vision items, the NVG and the guns that come with something like NV, aren't even realistically placed in the game. You expect to find special ops equipment in the middle of backcountry Russia? Sure you could argue that you might find some nice automatic weapons, but you're seriously not going to find special ops style guns. This isn't Tom Clancy's Post-Apocalyptic Zombie Diaries, it's the middle of nowhere in Russia. These guns don't have any place in the game and make it piss poor easy once you get them at night compared to the hell it is beforehand. The only thing people think makes them balanced or realistic for some reason is that they're rare, when they're actually too rare to even be in the game's setting.

I seriously don't see why this wasn't part of the game in the first place. I assumed this was part of the game when I first played but was surprised to realize otherwise. Resident Evil Outbreak had this, and that game is pretty dated. DayZ needs it too -

I like how everyone trusts people to not infiltrate the guards. Trading camps don't work for a reason, and you'll see why. Attacking in this game is always easier than defending.
