Hello, I heard that with update 1.26, inventories are going to be reduced drastically. I've also read a lot of comments and I agree that it's unrealistic to be able to fit an M4 in pants. I also read that many players were disappointed by this choice because the game has accepted and worked with this system for years. So I can understand the disappointment of some. Not that I agree but I can understand. In reality, a t-shirt has no inventory and pants only have small pockets so it is impossible to put large objects in them. And yet a Longhorn that weighs 10 Slots, it will still be possible after 1.26. So why not find a happy medium? - Replace the inventories of t-shirts, shirts and pants with pocket attachment slots. Offer several types of cases, detachable pockets and that we can attach them to the clothes we want. - Reduce bag inventory but offer the ability to attach weapons to the bag. Offer large gun holsters to attach to bags. - With a rope, suggest creating an improvised holster that can be hidden under your clothes. With all these possibilities, you would get closer to a more realistic vision by offering more equipment so that players who want to go on expeditions can have the possibility to increase their inventory in a more realistic way. Ps: I hope Google Translate translated my message well. Sorry I'm French and I don't speak English fluently so I tried to make understandable sentences and I hope this kind of suggestion could give you some ideas on a potential "Rework" of the inventory system by something more customizable. Goodbye and good luck for the launch of the DayZ Frostline expansion. We are looking forward to the release.. I hope Sakhal will be amazing and fun. 😉

Hello, the increase in the size of the map is excellent news for me👍. And thanks for these new modding tools. Great news all these new features and optimizations. Since the announcement of the 83km, I was afraid that the map would be quickly searched and abandoned. With large areas, the appeal of the player increases because DayZ is above all for me and for many players,, an adventure, meeting other players and survival game where the slightest mistake can be fatal. And for the PVE and RP community it's surely excellent news. So having a very large map teeming with detail and unique places is an extremely important value. Concerning the base building, I hope it will arrive quickly because the first thing I thought when you announced Sakhal is that I was eager to build a base on this new map. I wish you good luck in the development of DayZ Frostline and we are all eager to know the release date.😎 -
Hello, I have been playing DayZ PS5 and PC for 3 years and have tried a lot of different servers and mods. I've seen servers where you could put multiple weapons, tanks, and almost entire trees in inventories. I also played the PS5 version a lot where the lack of mods makes the game a bit more realistic but yeah I agree the inventory needed to be revised. PC & Consoles. I heard that with update 1.26, inventories are going to be reduced drastically. I've also read a lot of comments and I agree that it's unrealistic to be able to fit an M4 in pants. DayZ Frostline Dev Blog Week 28

Hello from a French player. I read that you were going to improve your rendering system and that the game was going to have a better draw distance of up to 5/6km. Today the game has a distance of 1100 meters on PC and console. So can we conclude that consoles will also have an improvement in viewing distance? And I have one last question regarding consoles: It's been years since the PS5 and Xbox Series were released and even today, these consoles use "Old-Gen" versions of DayZ and I would like to know if you could take advantage of the release of Frostline to release a PS5/Xbox-Series versions and thus be able to offer “Next-Gen” improvements without being blocked by the PS4 and Xbox One versions? You're not going to continue for 10 years with PS4 and Xbox One versions for the new consoles 😨? I wish you good luck for the rest of the development. I'm waiting for Frostline on my PS5 and later on my PC if the expansion is really good.
