Keep pressing F until you see the grenade is equipped in the top right corner, then just hold and release mouse click to throw.

I had the exact same problem, it was giving me the "to play on this server, remove listed files or install additional accepted keys" error and it listed all the files. I use the non-steam version. Eventually I found the fix, I just updated PMC and BAF and now it works perfectly with much better models and textures. No I don't think so because it stops when I downgrade to 1.7.1.4. But I'll see if I have any pain killers now and take them and see what happens anyway.

Hey, This issue didnt happen in 1.7.1.4 but since I updated to 1.7.1.5 I havent been able to use the first person view as the weapon continuously jumps around similar to what it does when running. It sucks because I cant aim at all so at the moment I am really vulnerable. I have tried using different servers and have also downgraded to 1.7.1.4 to see if the update was the problem. Changing servers didn't help but when I downgraded the problem stopped. Is anybody else having similar issues? And does anybody have any idea how to fix it? Thanks
