the game doesn't "force you" to kill players. You only think you HAVE TO kill them. You can make them run for their lives by shooting next to them (believe me i've done this before), you can avoid populated areas, etc etc, there are a lot of solutions, you're not searching hard enough

you register those ideas as "cool". Most of them aren't "cool", they just suck and / or are created to discourage a certain type of gameplay. So I post here to say it is lame (I only responded about one idea though... And there is no need to go to the thread about lens flare, since it as already been "trashed" by many fellow forum users)

(Also the most powerfull weapon of the game) flamethrower! What dayZ does: paranoïa realistic ballistic realistic damages eat / drink system huge inventory system freaking zombie apocalypse on a 225km² map Need another player to apply a bloodbag etc etc, you know the list.

the desert eagle doesn't belong to the game at all. Though, i'd like to see a ruger MK1, semi auto .22lr, suppressed, max range of 150m, with a scope... Yumm

sniper lens flare is a terrible idea. This is not battefield 3, where you have flares when you're: -underground -at night -when the sun is behind you It is terrible is only a feature invented to punish snipers. No beans

the explosion on a M4 and a bullpup is not that far one from another... Not ambidextrous? Remember the first batches of MP5 (okay, they are old) and now look at the P90, the Tavor, heck, even the french famas! Reloading one is not as hard as you seem to think (Okay, i'm just a regular airsofter, but with little practive I could reload as fast with my tavor as with my MP5)

obvious troll just up. A .22LR rifle wouldn't deal any damages over 150m. This weapon would be good for in-town cover / zombie hunting, low power (perhaps a little bit higher than the 9mm handguns), requiring 4 to 6 torso shot to kill, and 1 or 2 in the head, depending on the range. My two cents

can we get over the .357 thing already? I'd love to see more low caliber guns (IE under the 7.62). I'd love to see a .22 LR rifle, an UMP, a TMP or a skorpion maybe. That would be great. But the P90, seriously? It is so scarce IRL, the ammo is batshit rare, it has no reason to appear in this game. Als, why the glocks? We already have the 17, don't need any others. More variants of the fal & L85 would be nice (I mean other sights, like dots, eotechs, acogs / susats). And no Desert Eagle. Why the heck would you find that kind of gun in the game? It's expensive, it's rare & it just doesn't fit the mod.

Awesome, yeah... But we're not in a russian country, we're in Czech Republik. What would be the odd that we may find a working AK47, SKS or a PPSH working? I don't know, but pretty close to zero. Though i'd like to see a SKS

They are not zombies, they are infected. That means they can run, swim and whatever the heck they want to do. Oh, also, the running zombies are present (Dawn of the dead), and infected "zombie-like" too: 28 days later, 28 weeks later, I am a legend...

You can't just handle the sheer awesomeness of this game can provide to people making intelligent move & decisions. You obviously got killed multiple time by bandits.It is not his mistake, it is your. But you are so brainwashed by those shitty casual games wave where everybody is marked with big fucking huge red letters that you can't get that game. You don't get the whole sandbox thing, so you decided that if you can't enjoy this game, nobody should. You want it to be another shitty fps. Why would a weapon designed for WWII be present in dayZ, next to the As50? (as50 was designed and build in 2007). No reason, it is too old and haven't been produced since the 60's if I recall
