    I will report the player increased night vision goggles improper means (and also other items). Is "Ghost13" and "ossan" is the name of the player. They were to increase the number of items in the illegal means between 21:00 to 22:30 on June 12 in Dallas32. (JST) I have been holding some IRC logs in their conversation. I can submit it according to your needs. However, it is a conversation in Japanese and outside the game. excuse my poor english. (sorry,For distribution of items in the JP1 server was my factual errors.So I was corrected so the title and body.)
