    Dayz black screen

    Hello I’m new here hoping to get some help as I can’t seem to find a solution anywhere or even get a reply email from Bohemia support, so one minute I was playing a pretty toxic server the next my dayz black screens and freezes my whole pc iv reset my pc re-downloaded dayz, I know a little bit about pcs so I have done all the obvious things, the other thing is even if I try on GeForce now it freezes at the same point and even if I log into my steam on my sons pc and try load into a server it does the exact same thing, people are saying it’s not an account issue but how can it not be, please help
