To Maxnmike We do not have admin on the lingor server at this point in time as we have given the files to G.I.BROZ clan. Though we can still give server surgestions and advice from the community to them. As with the lighting problems woth the torches this is a problem caused by the particle system which was created on the arma engine and unfortunatly we do not have the time or the main power to complety redev it although we all would love to. As with first person to the best of my knowledge the admins choose to go with it to increase the difficulty and also immersion. Though as fellow players we do understand the immersion breaking moments such as lighting and other small bugs and we wish to at least atempt to try and fix them in the future. To devilsnight, Yes it rather coming along nicely and to see more people on the server as with everyone we ask you to spread the word and to invite all your friends and we are sure to male the community grow. To everyone else who has read this far please excuse my spelling and grammer as I am on my phone and for god sake save me from this 21st Birthday "party" *sight* Cheers Thatguystuckatthecrapparty -

There is nothing desirable that we wish to include in the hotfix as we are running a relatively STABLE version at this point in time unlike the mod which is having constant problems which we do need to include. Though we already have many things that have been already included in the mod it would just be a waste of time to attempt to integrate a possible addition which may or may not put us days back on our already rather hectic timeline. We hope our community understands our decision and you get to check out our new edition of lingor island Cheers TGJ -

Yes the lingor server is now fully operational and working. Yes as you have noticed the dogs are an unfished project by Rocket and his team. We has a Dev team are taking the time to try and improve on what they have given us. Though it may be awhile yet before we get to see any real improvements unfortunately the dogs are rather difficult. Thanks Always Bill Cheers TGJ -

Mr.Telsa They added more weapons as in extra pistols and as such, I think it has been addressed in wrong way. As with the monster no where you were is not were this monster in located. As with the loot spawning I was unaware that it was not fixed and was under the impression Death had fixed it. It will be looked into. -

This is were private hives win again. You just ask for a reset and we teleport you back to the beach or if they can be bothered come to you and teleport you to thier position outside the building. -

To be honest I cannot thank you enough, you deserve many, many beans for this. We are now currently hopefully implementing this because to be honest this is like well. Christmas to me you have no idea been looking for something like this for ages and ages so cheers and I will be on the Devs back to make sure we see this soon because hopefully it will be awesome. Would Love to have those if that is possible Yes it’s fantastic The reason for this is if I’m correct when you have a bunch of zombies they agro via LOS so if I’m correct what is happening when you have a large pack is that they all block each other’s view and seem deaggro and block the others view and so on and so forth so I will try to mess around with the config and attempt to find a balance If you could give me a list of these weapons I will fix it in the loot table that would be fantastic Yes that is a conflict between the Arma and the mod. We have been trying to resolve this Yes the reason for this would be it is stored client side and not onto the hive. Unless we made it an actual state which I would have to look into then I’m not sure this would change though we should be able to make some difference I’m not sure. Ahh so someone decided to play night time day time? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=THrpJSstWZ8) I’m sure the devs could add in a cool down counter of some sorts. It really should take a decent time to restart the power station They should have been removed from the loot tables will look into why they still spawn. They Were removed because of the artefact glitches Yes they appear as objects for some reason. It will also be looked into thanks. I do not think a cow would appreciate that annotation but yes the zombie sounds have changed. The increase in animals is meant to reflect a decrease in food spawns, though at times it does reflect an image of a petting zoo. Welcome back to anyone who may be reading this after a slow period we are back up to full power. Unfortunately I had fallen Ill for the past week that is why there has been little to no activity on these forums. Though rest assured there have been major changes happening. Firstly our first attempt at SMK movements happened over the weekend was shown to be a partial success though everyone should be expecting to see it up and running within the next fortnight. Also so major news we have joined up in a partnership of sorts with the French server hosters by the name of CanardPC whose link we show at the bottom of this post. So what's happened is they now have our mod so you are free to move from server to server using the same mod which is a exciting development for us here at Alderon and we thank all teams involved in the process. Another major change over this week I finally came up for a name for our mod after hours of thinking I came to the conclusion Breaking Point. So to Finally have a decent name is also a great step forward. Not to be brutally honest I am not even sure I am aloud to post in this section asking for request but im going to do it anyway I am sure the admins will move/delete it if I can not. Anyway as you may or may not know we have released our own mod. Though we are looking for someone to create a splash screen for us for free though the full credits will go to you of course. We host the original map so if you could include a seen from that it would be awesome. Also if you could put in Alderon somewhere on it that would be fantastic to. Up until now the dayz community has been very kind to us im hoping this gratitude can continue with the amazing arts division we have. So cheers TGJ -

Another important announcement is that we are now looking at doing a collaboration project with another group of server hosters. What this will bring is our server mod onto a hive network were you can pass from the original map to the new Panthera map while still keeping all your hard own gear. Love to see what everyone thinks on this idea and are very open to feed back. Cheers TGJ -

DDoS and the Dev Team are now separate from the Admin Rights, basically now only Me and DeathlyRage only have control and neither of us kill any players, (except at night when me and him have death matches). The reasons for this are that we both understand no matter how legit both of us play we will always get accused of abusing admin rights and as such, so it’s just easier just to watch. Also neither of us has the time with all the programming and deving we do to actually play the game. So when we are actually in game we are testing out new things such as bases, vehicles, gear, new weapons etc. That’s why we usually have a custom skin on or a random gun with us. DDoS however and its members spend a lot of time in the game, this is the server that the play on, so naturally the have bases and as such. So although it may appear that they are cheating though us, they are simply rather good, not the best but still good :P. As with the radars this is an ARMA thing and would take some decent playing around to fix and because most of the pilots are rather bad they tend to crash a lot which means they are reset so you should always be able to grab one. Though I will look into it and confront the team I personally think it should be disabled all together In regards with the water drinking thing we are currently in testing phasing of this though it is rather difficult Thank you for your concern it is always well taken We hope you enjoy the rest of your time with our server Cheers TGJ
