    If you removed all 5.45 and .380 guns from Livonia why are that ammo and mags for SSG still spawning?

    Not exactly. Sound of hammering is missing while building anything (fences, floors etc). Instead of knocking there's some "whoosh" sound. Also, if I remember correctly, possibility to duck under fences while running (eg NWAF concrete fences) was removed, but you can do it again.
