    I've been wanting to respond to your post since the day it was listed, but I wanted to wait until I was sure about the solution. I also have T-Mobile. Unfortunately, this has become the issue for you, me and others. Your post says exactly the same problems I was having. Here's the solution...brace yourself. I just had AT&T Fiber Optic hooked up and it solved ALL my issues. You will likely need to change your ISP to correct this problem for good. T-Mobile's network is a little different in how it operates concerning games which require Anti-Cheat Software to be running in the background. For DayZ, this is Battleye. For Battlefield, this is Punkbuster, and so on. All my games which run these Anti_cheat Softwares are now running fine. The quality of screen appearance and streaming on Twitch has greatly improved.
