FR10 random ban

just says you are banned thats all i get -
ok i randomly got kicked from FR10 by battle eyes script exception 49 or sumin duno what that is and so logged back in where i was placed in debug no mans land so looked around and then went to click respawn and was then randomly banned for no reason, anyone got any ideas?
