If one of them gets decieved or killed while hired out, they can see this list and put a hit on a persons head. All other Mercs and Medics will shoot this person on sight. Lol, please be patient. Have you ever tested an alpha version of a mainstream game before, they are plagued with problems.. The guys are doing a fantastic job, frustrating as it might be for the player we need to suffer some backsteps from time to time in order for the dev's to push forward

Well, bandits as most ppl see them are players that are simply out to kill other players. They actively hunt survivors etc... for kills or to steal gear/supplies. We do have different sized groups scattered throughout the map and I'm sure you would find a few people you could fit in with, but I cannot guarantee that. Some wish to play extremely tactically whereas others just want to horde things, some offer services - like the mercs and medics. I will have to get back to you on the bandit issue as I'm currently just getting into bed. Perhaps sign up, take a look around and choose a group in the near future.
