hey today i gained some items while looting. Now everytime i use an item (doesn't matter what) my game crashes. It crashes when i try to apply my shovel, or use a drink or look at the map. Is there a way to start over completely, cause this way i can barely play the game..

lol i could try that. No but im new, i did play the dayz mod on the older arm2 thing, so i kinda know how it works.. but these crashes seem to bug me on every item. I think ill just drop every item i have and go from there. i dont know how im gonna play this game if it crashes everytime i use an item..

Hello, Yesterday playing for the first time, i have seen many items that i couldn't pick up. After finding out on youtube that you can also see them via vicinity i tried getting it trough there. I have problems moving the items from vicinity to my inventory. It wont work really. What did work is putting the items in a quick slot below but the items would fill the quick slots as a gray looking item and eventually not work. Only slot 1 which i have a fire extuingisher in works. Does anyone know how i can put an item in to my backpack from the vicinity?

Id like to report this server as abusers. First member i found and shot disconnected from the game. The second [sOH]cooldevils decided to shut down the server when i shot him in his precious ride. a jeep. The server could not be reached afterwards. Typical actions of server abusers dont wanna lose their gear.

Can I still install the game trough the old way by downloading all seperate files and place them in @dayZ addons. I dont want to use six updater.

for a game this promising you give very poor support to your server admins who keep your game enjoyable. They are the reason people get to play. Because of them it's that the player returns to the available servers, paid for by the same admins that are later told not to create countless of topics about very relevant topics. Shame on this community that wants to mouth shut those who provide you gameplay morons.

Dayz Staff. What are you going to do about the countless of people CRTL F4 out of game once you got a lock on them. I usually am friendly enough to approach a player and announce myself trough voice chat with just the words "freeze" As in stand still I do you no harm if you dont neither. Yet all players log off when they hear it. I know so it saves their items and all but cant you like give penalty points to people ctrl f4 out or something?

How can you jump over a fench? How can you give a proper bloodtransfusion. Last night I wanted to help someone who lost blood. I scrolled trough my options and saw I could give him blood, everytime i did the animation would stop 2 seconds after performing it. It would not complete the animation and therefor it didn't heal the player. How can you jump over a wired fench?

How can i tell of people hear me when i speak. When pressing caps i can see a green or white microphone in my screen. But no one ever responds to what i say. My microphone volume is set to max.

I dont get it though. There is a white and green version of the microphone. One for direct communication and one for group. Which is green.. what are the differences and how do they differ from range?

You should know it's always a cats and mice game. There is a anti cheat detection for a reason. Alot of money goes out in keeping that safety check going. Unfortunetly in this case, hackers are the mice and battleeye the cat.

Sure I know there is a sticky thread and i know you have to do many things yourself in order to make it work. But I tried everything. I reinstalled everything. Reinstalled Battle eye. Used the latest patch download I used the auto installer provided in the sticky thread that automatically updates all your files. None of this seemed to work and i'm at a dead end. How do you resolve this??

Using Steam i wasnt able to enter any game. Using Six updater i wasnt able to enter any game. -

id be so happyif anyone could tell me why i cant join any server. All the servers require a later version of the dayz mod and my game is older then all the required versions..

hey there, im new to the game and new to this mod but what i noticed is that i cant pick up weapons. My backpack and items along with it lie on the ground and cant be picked up. Im using F to try to pick up the weapons but thats set to toggling weapons. What keyboard key do i use to pick up weapons?

g for g didnt help. my items were still always on the ground.
