    Have the items you're supposed to start with changed recently? I thought you where supposed to start with a pistol, some food/water and basic med supplies. All I am ever getting when I start out is a flashlight a bandage some painkillers and a bag. Did they change it recently or is it bugged atm? Thanks in advance!
