Spawned under a building in Novy

but here is the thing, I wasn't having any issues with fps before i was spawned under that building... I had like over 100 all the time. I have uninstalled the game and I will reinstall tonight maybe that will fix it. not sure -
Ok, so i got killed by a hacker in a server so I left that server and went to another and respawned, whe nthe game loaded up I was in Novy Sober under a red building Floor. (I got out by rolling around) but i broke my legs soon as i got out, my game has been chopy as crap lol 5 fps maybe... I have a very good computer that runs this game on Very High setting. Even when I turn down the setting in low it still does the same thing... I have killed myself 3 time and respawned and still chopy on the beach.. any help?

Ok, I have everything working right, I get the little weapons pop up, but I can hit continue and it keeps loading, but then it gets thru loading the game and a window pops up and says Waiting for host for just like a sec or 2, then the Tank screen comes back up and loads me out to the main menu... this happens everytime, Not just in the DayZ mod but just in normal Arma 2. anyone that has this happen to them? thanks
