Hello, forum. Lately, shopaholic has awaken in me and I'm considering to buy a gaming mouse. We all know that Arma2 controls are not simple but DayZ makes them even more complex. For example, I've never used [ ; ] key to switch primary/handgun in vanilla Arma. I can't even remember the last time I've used a pistol in Arma2. But in DayZ I find myself constantly changing from a rifle to handgun and back. Another examples are vault over a building while trying to use binoculars, distracting from the screen to open map or adjust zeroing, putting on NVG instead of opening a map, CTRL+M for GPS is a disaster in itself, etc. So I was thinking about buying one of those mouse monsters with many keys. I suppose that binding rifle/pistol switch, zeroing, binoculars, map and GPS to the mouse would be a great idea and will deliver much more pleasant experience since I won't need to put my eyes away from the monitor to find the right key. And higher DPI should bring better precision. The problem is that almost all of the gaming mouses are wired and i've got so used to wireless K/M set. Another question is gaming mousepad. Currently, I'm using a sheet of paper as a mousepad, removing the topmost piece when it gets dirty from chitos and cigarette ash. But paper surface gets uneven pretty fast, otherwise I wouldn't bother. thoughts? rgds lok void

On this map the residental area is the hot spot. Abundance of weapons and lack of food. A rabbit here is the best thing you can wish for. Dont waste ammo on them? - Not in this map. You'll take any means necessary to hunt it down for that precious piece of meat.
