Before buying the book, I want to know how to debug a game, how to find NPC offset, and how to find functions used inside the game. This book is mostly about what is legal and what is not. I have learned nothing from this book. //Nuff said.

An official representative needs to make a statement about the current situation regarding hacks and ban waves. We've seen numerious topics here about people being banned for a reason or no reason. But I've never seen a word from an official person. I don't use hacks and I don't plan to do it in the future. But all I see here is people are saying that hackers can steal your CD-key and sell it or use some tricks to make Battle eye ban you. I must confess that I'm watching youtube videos from cheaters and I browse hacking forums. I do it for a simple reason to know what to expect and to know what hackers are able to do. I'm doing it only from my computer at work so I hope that Battle Eye can't track me back to home (or can they?). And what I see on those forums is that people are selling software that can steal your CD-keys and then they sell it to other people. It's a god damn black market that is going on there. Knowing the amount of hackers in DayZ I've stopped playing the mod so they won't steal my CD-key or trick BE to ban me. I went to regular ArmA but there're cheaters there too! I've played on 3 Domi servers and on all 3 of them there were one or two persons who were hacking. So I stopped playing the game at all. What needs to be done is that an official representative from Arma, DayZ, Bohemia or whoever has to step in and shed some light on the issue. Then the Forum staff should make that topic sticky and place it on the front page too so PEOPLE WILL KNOW!

But Battle Eye is not mod specific. You could get banned in vanilla Arma too. And there's nothing to do with the fact that "it was free".

Or should I explain in more detail? Or maybe we should make some kind of 5-day seminar just for you explaining my proposal? I think that 5-day seminar is pretty fair and satisfactionary for a megalomanian person like you.

I proposed that Rocket or the Staff should post a message on the front page saying that it is safe to play as long as you don't hack or run suspicious software on your computer. Many people have no time or desire to dig throught hundred topics here to find Rocket's answer in one of them.

I should have written that I stopped to play this game in MP. There're hundreds of usermade sp-missions for Arma, you know? Partly. This should be done on Dayz website too. Ah and about our previous debate. Dayz's going to counsoles. SURPRISE!

Go play cod little bunny kid! This idea is terrible in every way possible. DayZ is a game about surviving and scavanging resources to continue your survival. This game is not about getting to some point on the map to win. Actually there's no "win" in this game. It's all about staying alive as long as you can by all means.
