Unfortunately, the engine is defective by design in this game. All you need to dupe an item is a backpack, dead zombie and the item itself. That's why Rocket said that it is impossible to fix the duping exploit. That's major engine flaw that nobody gonna fix.

Nah. There's no thrill in killing AI in singleplayer. After months of DayZ I joined one Domi server just to check out how the things are feeling. It was total faggatory and boredom. Everybody was picking sniper rifle with thermal and RPG and was running at enemy city like Rambo. Nobody was afraid to die because you just restock after respawn. DayZ gives you the adrenaline rush that no other game can deliver. That's why it's so rewarding to kill in this mod.

It's server side issue. Try to switch one. I've got Phenom X3 @ 2.4GHz (OC) 4GB DDR2 RAM GTX670 (OC by Gigabyte) And still I can get 15 fps on some servers.

Fresh spawn and 28-day char are swimming at the same speed, ya know? And again. Experience is the most valuable thing not only in this game but IRL too. I can give you an AS50 but if you dont know how to use it, you can rather put it inside your ass. So practice practice and practice again. Zombies are a joke, not a threat. Wasting ammo? There's no such thing as wasting ammo. Ya know, people in the military are wasting tons of ammunition on cardboard targets that possess no threat and can't be looted. Ya get what I mean? (;

In one word - Experience. It is really hard to hit somebody in the water because you have to hit precisely in the head. Furthermore, you as a target are moving in one direction plus moving up and down because of the waves. So as you see, shooting at swimming target is a great range practice that drastically improves your shooting skills.

So I've read a bit on your site and I'm interested about all the army stuff you put on like ranks, subordination and chain of command. I want to ask is it for real? Are you really playing like that? Because all the things I see on youtube are people running and farting and laughing like they're on drugs. As I understand the "General Orders" section doesn't apply to DayZ? About one week in TS - I've never used it. But I'm sure it's not rocket science to install and learn to use. But what I have to do during this week? Are you going to talk to me like on a job interview or what? I live in Israel and have ~60-70ms ping to European servers and 200+ms to US ones. Is it a problem? Now what the matter with Military Experience? I've done 3 years of mandatory service and I don't think that it changed or improved my game skills in any way (I was playing OFP before the enlistment and Arma1/2 after). The last requirement is to have a sponsor. So it works like an invitation system or what?

Their names were something marc, joe and ghost. So I join low-pop server with 3 players. Start near Cherno at night. Heard some AK shots from huge tower direction. Headed to the military tents and found dead zombie and no loot there. My bandit instinct fires off and I start to think where the shooter may go after visiting the tents: firestation or residential buildings. I decide to check res.buildings first. When I climb the hill east of res.buildings I see a group of 3 people running north! I select my only grenade and toss it at their direction. Unfortunately, the grenade hits the tree near me and the explosion almost kills me. But I'm alive with dizzing sound in my ears. Then I switch my trustworthy AKM to full auto and kill the first guy, then the second one. By that time the third one figured my position and began to return fire with his AKS74U. I use that god damn tree that almost killed me as a cover and return another burst at my prey. He drops dead. End of story. That was some intense shit. I've never killed so many people in such a short period of time :P EDIT: And on a side note: Cherno is a god damn blood bath even when there are only 4 people on a server!

OK I've found the manual on the internets. Remove the power switch wiring and touch simultaneously BOTH pins that I marked with red square with screwdriver.

Did you connect the fucking wires that go from the power button to the pins on your motherboard?
