  1. Third person makes it a lot easier to assess your surroundings. In real life, your eyes can move around in your head and give you a better view of your surroundings. In real life, your ability to lean around a corner is not statically set. In real life, I'd do a damn good job of having as little of a profile visible when looking out of cover if I think someone is around a corner, or in a building. Sure the engine lets you move your head around freely, but it doesn't allow you to keep in cover and spy on people. Hell, the game also doesn't even allow you to move without making any noise at all. I'm for third person.
  2. Yeah, in a lot of vanilla ARMA2 and ARMA OA MP games I've played, I've taken full advantage of pulling a wounded buddy out of danger and to a medic in cover. Even though you move at a walking pace, it would have been nice to be able to just carry him. At times he'd black out for a minute and I'd just be waiting for him. Or he'd black out and zombies would start pounding on him/me. It's not super important to have it back, but it was certainly nice in vanilla. Again, awesome mod guys. This is the most fun I've had in a non-traditional ARMA/OFP mod.
  3. So here's my first post. Last night I finally got around to meeting another player who didn't just murder me. Yay! He was badly wounded and had lost a lot of blood. I was escorting him to the hospital in Cherno. But he kept falling over due to blood loss. Like at the worst possible times. I noticed that you can still drag a body, like you could in vanilla, but not carry? Is there a reason for that? I would have much preferred just slinging him over my shoulder and hoofing it. Thanks for the mod!
